There are a few different choices here, some more suitable than others.

  1. REDCLAW CRAYFISH, Works well with others
  2. BARRAMUNDI, Dose not play well with others, and would require cages.
  3. SILVER PERCH, Well documented and fattens quickly requires special food.
  4. JADE PERCH, New to aquaculture but is a local native.
  5. SLEEPY COD, Big in the Asian market but a slow grower, Local native is orange in colour.
