Travel on board Ocean Spirit Cruises to two of the most
beautiful destinations on the Great Barrier Reef on Ocean
Spirit I's sister ship. Oyster Reef is a shallow, clear reef abundant
with marine life, offering waters perfect for snorkelling and scuba diving
on the Great Barrier Reef. After lunch head to Upolu Cay, an island
perfect for exploring more of the Reef or just relaxing on the beach.
Divers can do up to 2 dives and those who have never
dived before can practise the basic skills in the shallow waters of the
coral cay and receive a PADI Certificate of Recognition. You can be
assured of the attention you need as you will only dive in groups of a
maximum of 4. Those who aren't to keen on getting in the water can go on
glass-bottom boat tours or just simply sunbathe.
Upolu Cay
Upolu Cay is a naturally formed sand island situated 16 nautical miles
from Cairns on the Great Barrier Reef. Oyster Reef, which is located only
a short distance from Upolu Cay, also provides divers & snorkellers
with clear, shallow waters and an abundance of marine life.
