Support and Response Times    
Mon to Friday 8.00am to 8.00pm Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm Sunday and Gazetted Public Holidays 10.00am to 2,00pm
All other times by email, after hour calls centre and online support ticket system.  Any message left will be responded by close of business the same working day, or in the case of weekends by the next working day. 
We do have Aussiewide Plus Support option's available upon request.

Cancel or churn your ADSl2+ Bundle Service to another provider
Fee: 49.95 per month pro-rata if the cancelation is in month 1 to 6
Fee: 39.95 per month pro-rata if the cancelation in in month 7 to 12

Flat Rate Plans
All of our broadband Internet plans have flat rate monthly fees, so you don't need to worry about paying for extra downloads once you reach your quota. If you do, your broadband speed will be slowed to 64kbps for the rest of your billing month.   It's worth noting we don't count uploads in your quota, they're free - only downloads count towards your monthly quota
